Die ReDI School of Digital Integration ist eine Non-Profit Coding Schule für Geflüchtete und andere Newcomer in Deutschland. In meinem Vortrag möchte ich darüber sprechen wie wir in unserer Organisation den Ansatz von Co-Creation dazu genutzt haben ein starkes, nachhaltiges und skalierbares Programm zu kreieren, das dabei unterstützt mehr Vielfältigkeit in die Tech-Branche zu bringen. Integration, Community Building und Inklusion setzen dabei für uns die entscheidende Werte.
Sophie Jonke brachte die erfolgreiche Tech-Schule „ReDI School of Digital Integration“ aus Berlin in die bayerische Hauptstadt. In Zusammenarbeit mit einer Vielzahl starker Partner wie Microsoft, Cisco, Salesforce & der Stadt München konnte ReDI bereits im ersten Jahr in München über 350 Flüchtlinge und Newcomers ausbilden. Sophie hat einen Hintergrund im Bereich Kommunikation und Multiprojektmanagement in diversen internationalen Unternehmen, u.a. arbeitete sie in Shanghai, Dublin und Berlin. Sie hat zuvor sowohl in den Bereichen Startup als auch Venture Capital gearbeitet und ist derzeit Mentorin für Techstars. Vor kurzem wurde sie zu einer der inspirierendsten Frauen des Jahres 2018 von der Süddeutschen Zeitung gewählt.
